Copyright enforcement
Copyright enforcement at scale.
When your content, product listings or media are stolen and republished, the DMCA gives you one of the strongest removal tools on the internet. We file the notices, escalate to hosts and registrars, and clear search of the copies.

Theft is a volume business. So is enforcement.
Infringement rarely happens once. Content is scraped and republished across networks of sites, marketplaces and file hosts, each copy feeding the next. Removing a single page treats one symptom while the network regenerates it within days.
Copyright is the cleanest legal instrument in online removal: a properly drafted DMCA notice creates real liability for hosts who ignore it, and search engines must de-index noticed copies. Volume, precision and follow-through are what turn that instrument into results.
How it works
From first email to measurable movement.
What a copyright enforcement engagement includes
- Complete inventory of infringing copies across the web
- DMCA notices drafted and served to hosts and platforms
- Search engine de-index requests for every copy
- Marketplace and social platform takedown filings
- Registrar, CDN and ad-network escalation
- Scheduled re-sweeps and new-copy alerts
First takedowns typically land within 48 hours of filing.

URLs actioned by channel in a typical anonymised enforcement campaign. The DMCA is the rare removal tool where speed is on your side.
Why copyright beats other removal routes
Most removal arguments turn on interpretation: is it defamatory, is it private, is it unfair. Copyright turns on ownership, which you can prove. A valid notice puts the host on notice and shifts liability to them if they ignore it, which is why compliance rates are so much higher.
It also compounds. Platforms track repeat infringers and terminate their accounts, search engines devalue sites built on noticed copies, and ad networks cut revenue from infringing pages. Enforcement that starts as cleanup ends as deterrence.
FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
What can be removed under the DMCA?
Works you own or are authorised to enforce: text, images, video, audio, software, product listings and design. It does not cover ideas, facts or brief quotations, and it does not apply to content you do not hold rights to. We qualify eligibility before filing anything.
Can you remove infringing products from marketplaces?
Yes. Major marketplaces run dedicated intellectual-property programmes with faster escalation than general reporting, and repeat listings from the same seller feed account-level enforcement. We file at both levels, listing and account, until the network stops.
What if the host ignores the notice?
Then we escalate: to the hosting provider, the domain registrar, the CDN, the ad networks funding the page, and the search engines indexing it. Each layer has its own exposure, and registrars in particular will suspend domains that persistently ignore valid notices.
Do you handle high-volume programmes?
Yes. Enforcement at volume is its own discipline: batched notices, tracked follow-ups, verification and re-sweeps, reported monthly. If copies number in the thousands, the workflow is built for exactly that.
