VVIP desk

When the name is the asset.

The VVIP desk is our most senior tier: a dedicated team for executives, founders, public figures, family offices and brands whose names move markets, deals and headlines. Custom engagements, built around one name at a time. Discreet by default, under NDA from the first contact, and email only throughout.

Who the desk serves

Built for names that carry weight.

The VVIP desk exists for people and organisations where a single search result can move a share price, end a deal or define a legacy. It also exists for the opposite: people who need to keep a low profile entirely.

Executives and founders

Your name is searched before every raise, partnership and hire. We make sure what ranks is what you would choose.

Public figures and talent

Media scrutiny, viral moments and image results move fast. The desk controls what the first page says about you.

Family offices and UHNW families

Family members did not choose prominence. We defend the family name and the privacy around it.

Investors and funds

Diligence teams search every principal. We keep the record accurate before the term sheet lands.

Brands under national scrutiny

When coverage runs at national scale, standard suppression is not enough. The desk works at that altitude.

Deliberately low-profile individuals

Some clients want no public persona at all. Much of this work reorders what already exists, so nothing new is published in your name.

Capabilities

What the desk can move.

VVIP engagements are largely technological and strategic. We often need no new content at all: the work reorders what already exists until the record reflects reality.

Search results ordering

Reorder what ranks for your name: amplify accurate, positive material and de-emphasise attacks, outdated stories and misleading items.

Autocomplete and suggestions

The suggested terms people see the moment they start typing your name shape the whole search. We work to change them.

Image and video remediation

Control which images and videos surface in main results, image search, video carousels and knowledge panels.

AI answers

ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity now answer questions about you directly. The desk manages what the models say, not just what Google ranks.

Strategic publication

Where your record is thin, we build a network of accurate, quality material that faithfully represents you, published naturally.

Board-grade analysis and reporting

Detailed monthly reporting that tracks every target page, plus on-demand consultation for any issue that surfaces.

Standard versus VVIP

Is the desk right for you?

The VVIP desk steps in when a standard engagement will not be enough. If a standard package solves your case, we will say so.

Typical engagements

What a VVIP case looks like.

Engagements are anonymised and never named, in line with our client policy. These patterns are the ones the desk handles most.

The brand haunted by old news

The problem. Mistakes from a previous leadership team still dominate the first page. Recent successes are invisible, hostile bloggers keep the story alive, and every new prospect reads the worst year of the company's history first.

The approach. A three-part engagement: suppress the outdated results, strengthen and surface the accurate recent record, and run strategic publication with the in-house PR team so the conversation moves forward.

The executive under attack

The problem. A personal dispute goes public. Doctored photographs appear in image results, commentary spreads to blogs, a pending hire pauses negotiations and a major client suspends orders.

The approach. Deep privacy monitoring for the executive and affected family, search and image remediation for the doctored material, and coordination with counsel on every filing. No calls: the entire engagement runs by email under NDA.

The family that wants no footprint

The problem. A successful family finds its members, addresses and affiliations aggregated across people-search sites and old coverage, creating security and privacy exposure.

The approach. Data-broker and Deep Web removals where law and policy allow, suppression of what legitimately remains, and standing monitoring so new exposure is caught within hours. Nothing new is ever published in the family's name.

How it runs

Discreet by design.

1

Confidential first contact

One email starts it. An NDA covers the conversation before any detail of the case is discussed. We do not call clients, in any case.

2

Private brief and custom design

The senior team maps your exposure across all five elements and designs the engagement around your name, your risk and your goals. No two engagements are alike.

3

Mostly technological execution

Much of the work reorders existing material, so results stay natural and nothing needs to look manufactured. Where new material helps, it is designed to faithfully represent you.

4

Coordination with your team

The desk works jointly with your PR, communications or legal teams when it improves outcomes, which is usually the case.

5

Board-grade reporting

Detailed monthly reporting on every target, with on-demand consultation for anything that surfaces in between. You always know exactly where the engagement stands.

FAQ

VVIP questions, answered plainly.

How is this different from a standard Digitalorm engagement?

Standard engagements are content-led and work on a fixed structure. The VVIP desk is a custom, multi-channel approach for high-notability names facing national media, images, viral video or PR-scale problems. It is resource-intensive, and it exists for cases where the standard tiers will not be enough. If a standard package solves your case, we will say so.

I need to keep a low profile. Can the desk still help?

Yes. Most VVIP work is technological rather than publication-led, so we can often work entirely with material that already exists, reordering what appears without publishing anything new in your name. The intent is that everything looks natural, because it already was.

Will my search results look fake?

No. Engagements work predominantly with pre-existing content, so results contain natural links to real sites. Where new material is genuinely needed, it is designed with you to faithfully represent you or your company before anything is published.

Can I speak with past VVIP clients?

Discretion is the reason most VVIP clients choose this desk, and most are not willing to speak with third parties they do not already know. In specific circumstances, and only with the written consent of both sides, an introduction can occasionally be arranged.

Can the desk work with my PR or legal team?

Yes, and engagements are usually stronger for it. The desk routinely coordinates content strategy with PR teams and filings with counsel. Your team stays in control of every public word.

How long does a VVIP engagement last?

Duration is variable and built around the case: the threat level, the competitiveness of the results and how quickly targets move. The private brief sets expectations for your specific situation before anything is committed, and monthly reporting tracks progress against them honestly, including regressions when search engines test new patterns before a result settles.

One email starts it.

Confidential from the first word, NDA before any detail, and a named senior lead on your case within one hour.
